2017 was such a great year for me! I had my good share of amazing weddings in Virginia. Loved each and every one of them and I am looking forward to all the ones I will document in 2018.

One of the highlights of the year was shooting a Destination Wedding in Florence, Italy.

Traveling has always been my passion, since I was little. I remember going to Italy with my parents. My mother always made sure that we had a blast throughout the journey. So I started collecting books from my travels. I would buy one at every airport, sign it and date it. So every time I was looking forward to it.

How they met:Ilaria & Andrea met in 1991. They were part of the same group of friends. For 25 years, they kept hanging out without ever dating. Then life just separated them for a while and they lost track of each other until one night in 2016, they were at a friend's dinner and something just clicked!

How he proposed:They had been thinking for a while of getting married. One night she came home from work and he just hugged her and without even thinking he asked :"Te, mi vuoi sposare?" She obviously said yes! And they decide to get married on the same day that they started dating!
